Everyone has an elephant in their room – an elephant who has moved in and taken up permanent residence.  Some elephants are small, barely large enough to see.  Some are so big that they leave no room to move – or breath.

The elephant can be a story about ourselves that is no longer true, an addiction that is too scary to name, a relationship that is broken or a truth left unspoken. 

Be brave and recognize those elephants for what they are.  Release them into the great beyond . . . it really is time to let them go.  Imagine how much room you will have for all things beautiful in your life . . . for peace, for love, and light.
